Once you begin working with the HEXPOSE team to manage your IT infrastructure, you’ll receive a monthly service model that includes support for your network, systems, data, and staff for one flat fee.
This monthly service model provides individually tailored solutions that are designed to minimize capital expenditures and can incorporate hardware, software, and service into a low monthly fee. Additionally, if you’d like monthly metrics, we offer either a summary or detailed reports showing any combination of support tickets submitted by users, departments, applications, machines, dates, or times.
We can help you manage expenses on a three or five-year cycle and plan for future growth. We periodically survey your team members at the close of a ticket or service request to ensure that a complete resolution has been reached in a professional manner.
